Please note that our normal working hours are Monday to Friday 09.00 to 17.00 hours excluding Bank Holidays.
1.1 Non-prescription items of less than 1kg weight - we aim to dispatch non-prescription products within 24-48 hours of receipt of order by First Class post. There is a small order handling charge of £1.95.
1.2 Prescription items - we aim to dispatch prescription products within 24-48 hours of receipt of order by recorded mail and these items require a signature upon delivery. There is a charge of £6 added to your order for this. We reserve the right not to fulfil or charge for any item that for legal reasons may not be supplied to a particular territory or country.
1.3 Heavy orders weighing above 1 kg weight (e.g. pet food orders) - dispatch via courier and may take up to 7-10 days to deliver depending upon when your order was placed excluding weekends and Bank Holidays. There is a charge of £10 added to your order for this. Orders above 30 kg will be quoted for individually.
2. Special Instructions
2.1 At the time of checkout, you may specify an alternative delivery address if you are not routinely at your home address during normal working hours. Please ensure such an alternative address is given in full including your name and that the receiving party is prepared to accept such deliveries on your behalf. You must ensure that any business address given is suitable for such deliveries. We will not accept liability for items going missing at large company sites with control gates and big mail rooms.
2.2 Should you chose to make special delivery instructions e.g. parcel may be left outside rear door, you must accept full responsibility for such deliveries in the event of items going missing from insecure locations or when items are not signed for upon receipt.
3. Out of Stock
3.1 Should any part of your order be out of stock in excess of 24 hours we will contact you with an anticipated date of receipt of new stock.
4.1 If your order has not been received within 14 days of dispatch date you must inform us by e-mail via the Contact Section of the website. We will make enquiries with the delivery service. Only if your order cannot be traced under any circumstances will we declare it as lost delivery and at our discretion re-send the order at no additional cost.
4.2 When an item dispatched via Recorded Delivery is reported by you as not received we would ask that you firstly check with your local Royal Mail Sorting Office to ensure it is not there awaiting collection as it may be too large to fit through your letter box. This should be done even if a card has not been left indicating this is the case.
5. Overseas Deliveries
5.1 For all prescription only deliveries and items in excess of 1 kg, an additional cost of £10 is applied to all overseas deliveries within the EU (including Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland). This is added to your order at time of check out.
5.2 All non-prescription deliveries of less than 1 kg to Ireland are dispatched by First Class post – please allow 5-10 days for delivery.
5.3 Deliveries to other countries will be charged on quotation and you will be contacted prior to completion of the order.
